Tonia Henderson is a dual Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in the state of Nevada and California. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology in 2003,at Argosy University in Orange,California. She earned her Master’s Degree in Psychology with emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2006,at Argosy University. After her studies, Tonia worked with a variety of populations including children, adolescents, substance abuse and adults. She’s worked with State and County programs providing mental health services in Forensics, Crisis services, Probation,Federal mental health and State Hospitals.
In 2012, Tonia opened Face 2 Face Counseling Mind Body and Soul Mental Health facility as the owner and operator in Rancho Cucamonga, Ca. where she focused her treatment serves in helping her community. Her passion to serve individuals that suffers from mental illness extends over 20 years. Mrs. Henderson has worked as a Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Therapist II,Lead Therapist for the Mariposa Counseling Crisis Program,Supervisor for the Board of Behavior Sciences, and she assisted in Certifying the San Bernardino County’s Day Reporting Centers for mental health probation services (AB109). Her philosophy in working with clients embodies Trio-Intrinsic (mind body and soul) and Existential Therapy. Tonia believes clients have the right to belong in their natural state of being.

Sheri Anderson, LADC
Title: Clinical Supervisor

Sheri Denice Anderson has a Master of Science in Health Administration (with the highest honors). Degree: BA Social Work; Degree: Mental Health/Addiction Studies. She is equally a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the state of Nevada and Illinois. She is a Licensed Supervisor of Interns for Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Throughout Sheri’s life, she maintains the highest performance standards with a diverse range of approaches for everything she set out to do because she is a strategist. Sheri’s journey started in Chicago, IL twenty years ago and it was a quest for clarification on directions for her life. Sheri discovered; clarity was a powerful tool that helped her reach the uttermost place for life. She describes her uttermost place is walking and living her “Godly” purpose designed for her life. This purpose did not align with her worldly passions at that time, therefore a new journey started in her life. Most of career was spent working in Chicago, where she in addition to her degrees met all requirements for license to provide counseling and therapy services with the Illinois Certification Board. Sheri’s journey continues as she joined the professional team at, We Are H.O.P.E. She designs curriculum and she is a true philanthropist for the world of social services. Sheri looks forward to meeting and working with you in the future. She claims once you get there you will start to feel amazing just like the others who have climbed the latter of success using therapy as the steps to accomplish this task.

Ronald Faggins, LPC-Intern

Hello, my name is Ronald Faggins and I am a Nevada State Licensed Professional Counselor Intern whose combined expertise in mental health span over a 25 year. In addition to working with others in the mental health field, I have experience working with individual's diagnosis with autism. and who are intellectually disabled. Prior to becoming an LPC-I, I dedicated over 25 years as a teacher, therapist and behavioral specialist working in the state of New Jersey and Pennsylvania providing social services to children and adults. I provided skilled services in the areas of therapeutic foster care, child adoption, and child abuse investigation. Finally, as a Counselor, I specialize in treatment for trauma, depression, anxiety, and anger. I utilize cognitive therapy, behavior therapy and solution focused during sessions. It's my desire to provide a safe environment during the therapeutic process.

Julie Robinson MFT-Intern

Meet Julie Robinson! Julie graduated from the University of Central Missouri in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree. She continued her education at the University of Missouri, graduating in 2016, with a Master of Education degree in Counseling Psychology with a focus on Positive Psychology. Then, she graduated in 2019 from Touro University Worldwide with a Master of Family Therapy degree. Currently, she is completing a PsyD degree in Human and Organizational Psychology. In addition, Julie has a background in business and has owned and operated an entertainment production company in Las Vegas for the past 22 years. Further, Julie utilizes a variety of treatment modalities to fit the individual client needs and feels that focusing on an individual’s strengths is the best way to get them moving forward in their lives. Finally, Julie works with clients starting at 4 years of age through adulthood, as well as couples and families, and is an ally of the LGBTQ community.

Alicia Runyon, CSW-Intern

Alicia Runyan is a Clinical Therapist at We Are Hope. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) in 2011. Alicia went on to earn a Master’s Degree, also from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), in Social Work in 2019. Alicia has extensive experience working with adolescents and adults from diverse cultures originating around the world that have struggled with mental health disorders. She has practiced in inpatient and outpatient treatment centers, as well as direct involvement in the community.
She utilizes a wide range of therapeutic approaches to best meet her client’s needs, which includes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). Alicia is pursuing her certification in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy under the guidance of Dr. Christopher Campbell, respected child psychologist. Alicia was raised in Las Vegas, Nevada where she developed a passion for yoga, reading, and serving the community. She loves to practice mindfulness and enjoys being out in nature, as much as possible, with her loving family.
